Professional Conduct Policy

Elevate Volleyball Training is committed to a positive, respectful working relationship with all clients. Aggressive, disrespectful, or bullying behavior toward Lisa or any associated parties will not be tolerated. Elevate reserves the right to discontinue services at any time if the working relationship is not constructive.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which is the single source for those terms — in short, free to change 24+ hours ahead, with illness and weather always rescheduled.

Service Agreement

By purchasing a service from Elevate Volleyball Training, you agree to these terms. Services include but are not limited to: private lessons, semi-private lessons, and small group training.

Elevate Volleyball Training reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, and service offerings at any time. Existing purchases will be honored at the agreed-upon price.

Liability

Volleyball is a physical activity and carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in Elevate Volleyball Training programs, athletes and their guardians acknowledge and assume these risks. Elevate Volleyball Training is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions.
