Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

One simple policy for every lesson — so you always know where you stand.

Lessons, packs & small group

Plans change — here's how it works for private, semi-private, trio, and small group sessions, including sessions paid with a pack credit:

24+ hours' notice: cancel or reschedule for free. Nothing is charged and a pack credit is returned.
Less than 24 hours' notice: the session counts — it's charged in full, or one pack credit is used.
Illness or emergency: just let Coach Lisa know — the session is rescheduled, not charged.
Weather: lessons are on an outdoor grass court, so rain, severe heat, or lightning means we always reschedule. Coach Lisa will reach out with the call.
If Coach Lisa has to cancel inside 24 hours: you get a free makeup session. The policy runs both ways.

Packs & credits

Packs are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Credits are good for one year from the date of purchase and can be shared between siblings on the same account — private credits cover private sessions and semi-private credits cover semi-private sessions. If something major changes, reach out and we'll work it out.

Clinics & camps

Clinics and camps are registered and paid through the gym's system (I'm Possible Gym), so the gym's own registration and cancellation policy applies to those events. If you have a question about a clinic or camp you've signed up for, reach out and Coach Lisa will point you in the right direction.
